The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has approved the Science in Education Online Master’s degree program to lead to Professional teaching licensure if you hold one of the following Massachusetts Initial Licenses: Initial Elementary Education (1-6) and/or Initial Middle School General Science (5-8).
If you do not hold a current Massachusetts teaching license listed above and you are enrolling in the Science in Education Online Master’s degree program, your program will NOT lead to an Initial or Professional teaching license or any other endorsement from Lesley University for licensure.
